Miha Škerlavaj is the vice-dean for research work and doctoral studies, a full-time professor in the field of management at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana and Adjunct professor of leadership and organizational behavior at BI Norwegian Business School. He is a respected lecturer, workshop moderator and award-winning researcher with publications in prestigious international scientific journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Harvard Business Review, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Leadership Quarterly and Human Resource Management.
